Be informed that I've recruited a total of 19 QRP ops. for the January
CW event tomorrow. "Probably" more than 50% of these have never
partooken of the North American QSO Party.
I've forewarned the "real rookies" amongst these folksthat they should
send at a speed at which they are comfortable, and not be concerned
about an occasional LID who refuses to slow down.
However, with allthat talkabout converting NAQP from a "gentlemen's"
contest from whence it starts (as a result of the demise of the
Communications Department Appointees' Parties), into a "blood and guts"
contest, I figure I'd better mention the fact that some "real newbies"
will be joining us.
