[CQ-Contest] Naming Names (infrequent ID'ing)

If I don't hear the call after 5 exchanges, I qsy (I don't use RBN or DX 
Cluster).

After reading Steve's post, this is probably why I didn't work P40F until after 
1800z on day two.

I'm not able to "name names" since I don't stick around to find out who they 
are.
