[CQ-Contest] Filtering VE7CC Spots for SS

I'm thinking of going "U" in SS Phone. In setting up VE7CC to filter spots,
I see how I can specify the o)riginating states where I want to get spots
from using the "Spotter State" filter. Do I use the "DX State" filter to
specify I only want to see US/VE spots?
