Something happened to the RBN's DXSpider Telnet server a few minutes
before the contest. We're trouble-shooting now. In the meantime, users
can connect to arcluster.reversebeacon.net port 7000, an ARC version 6
server that is operating properly, or to one of the VE7CC or ARC6
servers, such as K1TTT.net that take their feed from the RBN's AR server.
