[CQ-Contest] trivia about the ARRL 10M Test summaries

Very popular test considering it's a single band and
subject to the whims of the propagation gods:

1) 3830 has a 40K limit when it comes to posting.  Only the
CQWW tests normally exceed that length requiring moderator
approval for the post to go through. The 10M test now meets that
threshold (even with North America alone)

2) The three highest soapbox files are
CQWW CW     1.13Mbytes
CQWW SSB    875Kbytes
ARRL 10M test   518Kbytes (and still growing)

just thought that was interesting
