[CQ-Contest] Getscores back online

Hey Folks,

I had a server configuration bug which was preventing scores from being
posted.

It's fully up -- I see some scores for the CA QSO Party up now.

Please, if your favorite contest is not shown, but you would like to have it
be live, simply email me.
