[CQ-Contest] NA Sprint SSB Practice, Friday night

NCCC invites all to practice for the SSB Sprint on Friday night in 
NA, 0230 to 0300Z, Sept. 17.

Rules and strategy are different enough to warrant our usual warm-up 
before Sprint, NAQP, etc.
AND, we all need to practice the two exchanges, usually spoken live, 
no DVK for most.

  On Friday practice, mults count once (not per band per NS),
  20-40-80m only, and your choice of power- QRP, LP, HP.
