[CQ-Contest] SP DX Contest. DX Cluster usage

Hi,

There are some questions regarding the DX Cluster usage in the SP DX
Contest. I know we have no detailed information in the contest rules (we are
going to change it next time). I replied some personal questions before the
contest and also placed the information on the contest website (
www.spdxcontest.info). To make this thing clear I would like to inform that
cluster is allowed in all categories in the SP DX Contest.
