I never missed one.
A much better rule extension would be to oblige the Russian stations to use
English language only.
I tried to participate 3 years ago, started on 160m and gave up after 30
minutes because I could not decipher their calls.

Too much for what? I really doubt you can name a couple of calls who
can pretend for top-three scores and whose stations do lack rig
control.
