[CQ-Contest] Arkansas QSO Party This Saturday!

  The Arkansas QSO Party is this Saturday, September 11 from 8 am to 8 
pm CDT (1300z - 0100z).  Four mobiles plan to activate 70 of the 75 AR 
counties, mainly on CW.
