[CQ-Contest] PileUP 14(3) theme issue "The Good Old Times"

Hi

   We are happy to announce that CCF's PileUP! magazine will
   publish another theme issue just before the autumnal equinox
   and SAC CW.

   This time it is a safe bet attracting writers and readers
   in masses.

     The reminiscent theme is almost all-inclusive and gives
     permission to bring life to the heroic bygone days of radio-
     contesting.
