You really think so? It's 2010. It's estimated that 78+ percent of US
Households had a computer in 2007
I'd bet that in ham radio (lets face it, Ham Radio is discretionary spending),
the number approaches 100%, except for a few old diehards who LIKE manual
logging
Now, broadband connections are another matter, as there are places where they
are just NOT available (I have a friend who is waiting for the next leg of
cable TV to be put in , as it has only reached as far as next door. He doesn't
want the TV, he wants broadband)
I personally think 10 minutes is a BIT tight, for the simple matter if you are
stuck on dialup, it might be an issue, but I could easily see 30 minutes
