Just got around to reading through January CQ Magazine (I read the WPX
results immediately, but took until now to read the rest of it). :)
The VHF Plus column by N6CL has a great collection of thoughts on project
management strategies written by Dave Leeson W6NL. It was quite interesting
and directly applicable to managing and operating a contest station. No
on-line link so you will have to find a copy of the magazine to read it.
Props to N6CL and W6NL for sharing this with us.
