WOW... Kid's Day!
Definitely a GREAT contest, I encourage ALL to get on - young and old.
Kid's Day is the reason that I'm licensed. Without it, I never would have
gotten interested in Amateur Radio.
Kid's Day 2003 is what hooked me... Isn't it amazing how time flies by?

Subject: [CQ-Contest] KidsDay Jan 3rd de KH6LC
Just a reminder that KidsDay will be held tomorrow Sunday Jan 3rd from
1800 to 2400z.
See www.arrl.org/kidsday for more information. KH6LC expects to have a small
group of
youngsters in the shack, being introduced to Ham Radio and hopefully making
their first ever
contacts. We'll try to hang around the bottom of the suggested event
frequency range,
14.270 and 21.360, so we should be easy to find. If you have youngsters in
your shack
who would like to chat with kids out here in Hawaii please give us a call. If
you hear them
calling CQ KidsDay with no takers, please don't hesitate to give them a call
yourself.
This should be fun!!!
73 & Aloha,
Lloyd
KH6LC
