[CQ-Contest] RAC Winter contest

Since its going to be a locked up in the house type of weekend, I might as well 
get on for the RAC Winter contest.

Does everybody work everyody with the knowledge that non-VE QSOs are worth only 
2 points or do non-Canadians only work Canadians?
