In SSCW this past weekend, ther were at least two stations on the
air who gave their callsigns as portable about half the time.
This creates a major loophole for duping them, if you log them
one way and do a subsequent dupe check the other way.
If you are going to sign portable, be absolutely consistent in
signing that way 100% of the time during the contest. If there is
no regulatory requirement to sign portable, it is much better to
not sign that way.
