[CQ-Contest] CQWW SSB Logs received updated

During the Q+A portion of a recent PVRC Webinar presentation (CQWW 2009), 
one questioner requested that the LOGS RECEIVED page include the claimed 
scores.  

This is now done.

As of today at 10:20 GMT, there are 2,057 logs received.
