[CQ-Contest] 2008 CA QSO Party

I know CA is in dire financial straits, but did anybody else get an award from 
the 2008 CA QSO party last week that had the California state map in the 
background upside down? I can't tell if this is a mistake, or the NCCC is 
trying to make a point ;-).......
