Hi, Doug.  Thanks for the reply, and please understand that I am not 
against the use of such technology, or the establishment of the Xtreme 
category.  It just seems to me that including the Xtreme scores in the 
club category the first year out of the gate is a major roll of the dice.

I predict that a proliferation of remote receivers is what you will see 
first.  Hopefully you are correct that it won't significantly distort 
club scores, but my concern is that clubs whose members predominantly 
prefer to steer clear of such heavily mechanized stations won't have any 
protection against such mechanized competition.  At least with the 
individual categories, participants have a choice.
