Hi Randy,
I suggest you either remove the statement from the multi-multi
description that says "Use a separate serial number sequence for each
band.", or add the same statement to the other two multi category
descriptions.
As it is, the rules are still a bit confusing, and seem almost
self-contradictory, as also noted by Marc.
