Gary,
The 'ethics' aspects originate from VK4TI's original email pertaining to a
station in Oceania using another station within Eu to solicit QSOs for him
during the recent WPX SSB contest.
It sounds like dodgy practise to me and I understand that it has been brought
to the attention of the contest organisers for whatever action they deem
appropriate - if any.
