[CQ-Contest] Contest Club Score version 1.1 released

I have released a new program called ClubScore, you can download it from here:

    http://software.ad1c.us/#Club

This program takes a 3830 Score Summary and filters out the scores for
your particular contest club.  Here is an example of the output:

It's a new program and hasn't been tested very much.  If you run into
problems, let me know.
