Also I was surprised about my UBN the first time I participated RDXC
some three or so years ago.
I challenged RDXC about the policy that if the other one does sloppy
copying, it costs me points.
However, they are right in the basic paradigm the exchange is not
complete until it is complete.
Furthermore, the rules are the same to everybody.
I will use RDXC to benchmark some features of my station for WPX SSB.
