[CQ-Contest] 2008 Russian DX Results

The results of the 2008 Russian DX contest have been out for a while now.

I thought that the contest organizers sent out a UBN/NIL report to each 
participant?  Has anyone received their report, or does it have to be 
requested?  You can see the amount of points, contacts, and mults lost on their 
website, but I'd like to see which actual calls or exchanges were bad.
