Does it take awhile for a new WAS account to scan your QSL records for
matching QSLs?
I just created a WAS account for my current QTH, where I've been since
1994 and from where most of my 24,000+ LotW QSLs were earned.
It shows I have 49 states LotW confirmed on RTTY. (missing only North
Dakota) I have all 50 confirmed on CW. And on phone...
I have **three** states confirmed.
Suspiciously, they're the last three in alphabetical order: West
Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
If I pull up all LotW QSLs (without selecting the award account) I get
phone QSLs with other states besides those three, for QSOs where the
QSL Details clearly fall within the criteria for the WAS QSO Set.
