The topic for my next NCJ column is on fighting fatigue.
Fighting Fatigue
What do you do to stay alert and in the chair? What sort of sleep schedule
or other preparations do you make to get ready for a long contest? Do you
have special foods or eating schedules you use during a contest to stay
awake? How little sleep can you get by with? What are your sleep schedules
during the contest? What ergonomic changes have you made to your station to
fight fatigue?
