K0HB: Just as the big gun has a duty to send a signal report. DQ both of them
for falsifying their log.
KA1NCN: The recipient would only have a single bad contact for every QSO s/he
makes with someone sending only a serial report. (I am not going to say they
?falsified? their log. They may have just assumed that a signal report was
sent. And, after 24 hours in the chair, we start assuming all sorts of stuff.)
But, the senders would have their whole log DQed. Whatever the case, I think
we should give folks an opportunity to get their houses in order. 4O3A et al
started this by opening up his audio to the world, and I think it would be
wrong to DQ them because of their attempts and honesty and transparency.
