I wrote privately to the editor of CQ, Rich Moseson. His attention to the
matter yielded the response quoted below.
Left hand/right hand??????
| Hans,

|In the past, logs have been posted online and have been available
|via password only to the entrant. Currently, according to the CQWW
|website, "In past years, an access code for viewing your log and
|UBN/NIL reports was sent with the log received confirmation.
|This capability has not been implemented on the new server as
|yet but is planned for the near future." So as of right now, it appears
|that the logs are not accessible to anyone, not even the entrant.
