Actually it is relevant..
Here in the central zone ( W9 ), it always began 3 PM local ( 2100Z), and
ended 9 PM local ( 0300Z).
Now, 2100Z is 4 PM local. Time change is 2 AM Sunday morning, local, so,
will still end 9 PM local.
We start an hour later than normal, the way I see it. Am I right?
2100Z during DST is 4 PM local ( central )
2100Z after DST is 3 PM local ( central )
