Hello,
continuing the count through the valuable statistics with individual
operation times at the RDXC site
(http://www.rdxc.org/asp/pages/scores.asp?ID=0&YEAR=14) here are the
results for the 2007 event.
From 1006 non-UA-allband-entries the operation times for 984 logsending
participants were available in the claimed scores list.
The average operation time was 9,7 hours in this 24-hour
everyone-can-work-everyone contest (10,8 and 9,8 hours in 2005/2006).
6,4 percent operated between 23 hours and 24 hours fulltime (8 and 6,6
percent in 05/06).
Again two thirds operated 12 hours halftime or less (66,9%) like in the
previous years.
Grouped in 4-hour-segments activity looks such:
20-24 hours 11,3%
16-20 hours 9,8%
12-16 hours 11,8%
8-12 hours 16,2%
4-8 hours 25,8%
0-4 hours 24,9%
Those figures are close to identical with the 2006 results. Graphs and
comparisons can be found at http://www.dl8mbs.de/40984/45289.html
