I try to record every contest I operate. It would be very easy for me
to offer up the recordings of the stations that ask to be spotted.
In the ARRL DX CW contest I was calling CQ down low on 15 meters
when some LZsomething/VP8 called in and worked me and then asked
me to spot him on 21.055.
I slowed down the CW speed and told him it was against the rules
of the contest for him to ask me to spot him.
