Topband: Stew Perry Plaque -Rocky Mountain 4K award

The Grand Mesa Contesters of Colorado are sponsoring two new plaques for
this years running of the SP.

The Rocky Mountain 4k award for both HP and LP.  The plaque will be awarded
to the highest scoring competitor where the station elevation is 4000ft ASL
or higher.

Make sure you add your elevation to your score summary.

Unfortunately that makes my Montana station ineligible as it sits at 3750 ft
ASL.  Colorado here I come!
