A couple of years ago was doing my usual S&P from Kansas on 15M I think. S9SS was way over S9 calling CQ with no takers. I had already worked him, but in an act of encouragement called him to tell him his report. His reply, "Wish someone else was hearing me!" After that, every S&P contact I made ended with S9SS on XXXXXXX. Geeze, I turned all of those guys into assisted category? No more kindness I guess.
