I'm glad you asked. The answer is yes. Commonly accepted cut numbers are  one 
thing; sending random characters is another. If you don't like operating in  
Zone 33 (and, life is truly tough from there; storing all those plaques and 
the  like), then go somewhere else. Otherwise, the Zone is 33 and that's what 
should  be sent.
