What makes the WRTC scoreboard different:
* The WRTC competitors themselves were never allowed to see the scoreboard
during the contest. This was enforced by on-site referees.
* The WRTC scoreboard listed the call signs of the team members, not the
call sign being used over the air. I'm not sure how you would anonymize
a real time scoreboard for CQWW.
* The WRTC competitors did not submit their logs for the IARU HF World
Championship - they were in essence operating a separate contest of their
  own.
