[CQ-Contest] manual entry for real time scores?

Though it is a bit against the concept of automatic uploads to the real time
scoreboard, is anyone interested in a manual posting app to send scores for
cqww ssb??  I can do a bit more cleanup and make my old manual program work,
but only if there is some real interest in it.
