No. There are questionable practices you can utilize to maximize the number
of uniques in your log. On the other hand, there are quite a lot of loud
stations that have few uniques, again, because of the practices the
operators utilize to minimize them. Many of these loud stations with few
uniques are also in the top ten boxes.
The latter guys get bent when the former guy, who gets his whole club on the
air (or one guy sending calls off the club's roster) to work only him, winds
up in the top ten box alongside them with 10x as many uniques or more.
