Following up on the whole idea of a 0-QP party or a Kansas QSO Party....are
there in Kansas Contesters out there? I am interested in doing this, but I
need help from Kansas ops. We need operators to get on the air...and we need
rovers.

In our day and age it seems that Common Sense is in short supply. If you don't
have any Common Sense - get some and use it. If you can't find any common
sense, ask for help from somebody who has some common sense.
