We are sorry to inform you that the Hotel reservation System is facing some
difficulties to deal with the reservations.
We are giving the rates that are agreed with the Hotel in a contract signed
by WRTC 2006 and the Hotel Costa do Santinho.
In order to avoid misunderstandings let me give you some additional
information and some examples:
The rate per day/ per person for Committee members , competitors and
Referees is U$ 75,00 dollars including break fast, lunch and dinner
This rate is valid for two people in the same room (The team)
If some of the participants wants to be alone on a single room the rate will
be U$ 107/person/day including break-fast lunch and dinner.
Additional adult in the same room will have the same rate U$ 75
Additional bed (kids under 11) will be charge U$ 25/day/kid
For visitors with two persons in one single room will be U$ 85 dollars per
person per day including also the three meals.
If some of the visitors wants to be alone on a single room the rate will be
U$ 120/person/day including break-fast lunch and dinner.
Additional adult in the same room will have the same rate of U$
85/person/day
Additional bed for kids (under 11) will be charged at 25/day/kid
Members of the family are very welcome and will have the rates accordingly
with the above figures and charged by the Hotel directly to the guests.
If you are applicant for referee, Team Leader, or member of the Committee
you should make your reservation specifically for the application you sent.
WRTC 2006 will offer a package of benefits for those participants which will
include 5 days accommodation with no charge except additional expenses ,
such as telephone, beverages etc
If the participant want to enlarge the stay after or before the event the
additional days , the Hotel will charge the same rate as above.
If the applicant is not selected the rates will remain as above, but paid by
the participant.
We hope the Hotel will fix the reservation problem within the next 10 days.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Package Includes: Breakfast and two meal by day (lunch and dinner).
