My thoughts for several years have been that an all-Internet based
contesting system could monitor connection speeds, and instead of QRP-LP-HP
categories, there would be something absolutley verifiable like:
1. DU (Dial-UP)
2. DSC (DSL-Cable Modem)
3. HSB (High-Speed Broadband)
Umh, maybe add one more:
4. BPL
