[CQ-Contest] Packet Cluster Practices

When did we start using the packet cluster as an instant messenger? It is
really getting old with posts like "when is he going to be on this band?"
and posting it with the dx call. There is entirely too much chit chat for
the spotting part of the cluster. People who want to chat should use talk,
instant messaging, or the telephone.
