This coming weekend will be the August version of the Flying Pigs QRP
Club International's monthly Run For The Bacon. The Sprint will be held
Sunday evening from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM EDT or for those of you really,
really into Zulu time, from 0100 to 0300 UTC Monday morning.
The Sprint is open to ALL radio amateurs, as membership in the Flying
Pigs in not a prerequisite. Although for the life of us, we just cannot
understand why anyone would not want to be a member of such a fine,
upstanding and proud organization! The exchange is RST, SPC and Flying
Pig membership number (or power output if you're not yet a Piggie).
