[CQ-Contest] NAQP - High-power operations in a low-power contest?

 From the 3830 Scores list summary:

All Single Op HP

The rules do say "Output power must be limited to 100 watts for  
eligible entries. Use of external amplifiers capable of more than 100  
watts output is not allowed."

I won't fault anyone who wants to run high-power in this 'test, so  
long as they are just submitting a checklog.
