Nonsense.
We are CQ Magazine's "customers" and we have every right to complain if
something's not to our satisfaction. Whether CQ chooses to fix it or not is
up to them.
Do you just blindly accept whatever some business or organization has to
offer? Do you EVER complain about anything or just swallow the company line?
