I will second the motion!!!
It will be interesting to check few things and quite a deterrent to cheaters.
We could also do our own detective work and find out where we went wrong and
learn.
I have a beef with UBN and 3 QSO penalty.
Here are some of the culprits. What bothers me are some of the hot shots with
high numbers and not having me in the log. I was crawling LP on 40 m, mostly
S/P, had plenty of time trying to make it perfect - no errors. Here I find not
being in the log of stations that are good ops, high runners, I called them,
heard my call answered, logged it ... and now I am not in their logs? (Time to
record the contest.)
Wonder what happened, did they hit wrong key and not noticed that QSO was not
logged, were they rubber clocking/QSO N-ning in M/S setup, dropping me out
(inconvenient "unimportant") points, or was I dreaming of working them (or
hitting ENTER instead of ESC and logging one who didn't come back)?

79 -N EA6IB(4474)

393 -N EY8MM(1254)

Similar story on SSB.
Also I vote for the removal of 3 QSO penalties.
(Or I will work stations and will not log them :-)
