Quite a bit of effort is expended here before returning somebody's request
as not-in-log. Would much rather find that I made a mistake than send
something back. I think it was W7NI who wrote some time ago in NCJ
about QSLs for UBNing, so in the end it's time well spent. Other than
+/- hour/day searches, this is largely a manual exercise & I would
imagine not insignificant for expeditions like Bill mentions.
I find myself fixing mistakes in logs from 20 years ago - I'll probably
still be fixing mistakes 20 years from now.
