[CQ-Contest] More sprints

Hi all,

FWIW, I think additional sprints are a great idea.

And I also don't think that proponents of a CW sprint should be forced to also 
create and manage phone or RTTY contests. But if anyone wants to take on the 
task of organizing those additional sprints, all the power to them!
