I'm curious, what are the rules regarding the solicitation of/for contacts in a
CQ contest. I notice W2YC is requesting, via the cluster, stations in certain
states be spotted. If he is looking for WAS on 160 that's one thing but if he
submits a contest log shouldn't the log be DQ'ed?
Inquiring minds would like to know.
