Just to keep the record straight, NA has a "manual mode" similar to CT's PostContest mode. In this mode, you can set the date and time to that of when the contest QSOs occurred, not the current time when you're typing in the log. You enter the time only as often as needed, and issue a command to interpolate everything in between.

This works really slick for contests with default exchanges like CQWW, or IARU. I recently found an old paper log from my 1989 IARU HF effort, for which the original electronic file had been lost. Typing in the 1497 QSOs went pretty quickly.

With either CT or NA, once the log is in their, Cabrillo is a snap.

I'd recommend CT, which is available free, for post contest log preparation. Jim is not quite correct when he says you must "type" in the date and time. With NA, my understanding is that you create a Cabrillo file and then edit the dates/times with a text editor, as Jim suggested about CT. However, CT has a PostContest mode that allows you to set the date once for each contest date and type the times for each QSO in the logging program itself, so you don't have to edit the dates and times in the Cabrillo file at all.

Sorry I can't speak to the other logging programs.
