Here is another hypothetical, but definitely possible,
rules interpretation question. Suppose I live in a
section that has few SS entries, and run barefoot at
100 watts. Now I know that there are a couple of big
gun stations who also do the A category, but who have
much better antennas than I do, and will be able to
put in more time than myself. I have checked around,
and have not heard of anyone doing a major effort in
the high power (the B) category. Even though I am
running 100 watts, can I send B for the precedence,
and enter in the high power category, and take my
chances there, since I know I won't win the A
category?
